I'm Syed Waqar Hussain, an user interface designer located in Karachi, Pakistan with six years of experience in new media field. Although I'm based in Pakistan I work with people from all over the world.
Currently I'm working in IT project management industry but it does not means that I have left my designing stuff below the bed. I always want to be a leader so after efforts of 7 years I am finally getting my dreams true. If you ask my future career so most probably i will say that "Managing number of design projects".
I make design with the focus on good design, user experience and accessibility. I love to make website from sketch with new and fresh concepts. I'm passionate about typography, the web, usability, accessibility and great design. Im also a guitarist.
I like to use Ms Project 2007 and Ms Visio for project management and business analysis tasks. Pen, pencils and illustrator for visual designs. To bring the designs to life, I use accessible and search engine optimised XHTML and CSS.
I mostly work with PHP and MySQL to build flexible, database driven websites. For CMS sites I prefer Wordpress or Joomla.
I've worked for large and small business even I've produced some designs for charities and feel proud to show these designs in my portfolio as featured projects.
Presently i am engaged with leading stationery manufactueres in Pakistan as a IT project coordinator, where I'm improving my project management skills day by day. Although I am also busy with some freelance work such as MastBits.

CMS - Intranet Application
It is a corporate website and it was my first saleable customer management system application. Firstly they asked me to create application for the internet but later they decided to keep this application over their intrantet. This is simply CRM tools which allows you to take care of your customers.
Rao and Rao - Business Website
It is a website layout design made on Adobe photoshop, they asked me to make simple and clean design for their clients. It is still in the development phase where they are trying to put all properties in database. It will be online asap.
110 Solutions - Business Website
110 Solutions is a software house and also my previous employer, I designed this corporate website from sketch indluding logo and business card. It was the result of the combination of xhtml and adobe photoshop work. First time i decided to go with each and specific stage of web development life cycle.
MastBits - Portal
It is my personal project which provide free entertainment stuff such as indian songs, ringtones, wallpapers, sms collections and other. I am the founder of MastBits and technically I was inolved in desigining and development stage. In this project I used html, adobe photoshop, javascripting.
Kafe Fun - Business Design
It is local entertainment cafe where youngsters comes to have coffee and play bowling, majority students of college and universites are the part of this cafe. I designed interactive logo and business card for cafe fun.
Mobile Cart - Business Design
It is also local mobile distributor of Nokia and Samsung, they asked me to create logo and big banner for thier shop, i used simple theme as according to user interface techniqiues which simply illustrate the passion of company.
