Basic online resources for web designers

We have more than million resources or tools for web designers over the internet. But only few resources are useful for basic or beginners. Yes I’m talking about those designer who just entered in arena. I’ve produced a list of basic online resources which surley can help and assist you to make your website design career with standards and trends. These following lists are just able to make you realize that you are going to rock your website, such as javascripting, standards, xhtml, css techniquies and etc.

W3 Schools

It is an extra ordinary resource for beginners which allows you to learn several web stuff absolutley free. Tutorials are so much in details and well explained. Let you know that I learned php, Ajax and javascripting from w3schools.

Dynamic Drive

It is most popular website which has large number of scripts such as javascripts and ajax. You will be so happy when you find what you want and believe me dynamic drive has all stuff which can be desire of a website designer.

Smashing Magazine

This is magazine which informs you about latest trends and technologies in website development and designing both. I recommend you visit every day this site because they are up to date and have large number of authors behind the scene.

W3C Markup Validation

It allows you to validate your site with several w3c website standards such as xhtml strict and transitional and simple html even also. This could helpful if you are going to produce browser independent website or xhtml site.

Deviant Art

Last not least I hope you have made several designs or layouts for your clients or just for personal practice, so why not publish them publically? Deviant Art is a wide community where millions of designers share thier work with the all over the world. I’m using deviant art gallery since 2 years and really it increased my clients worth in this 2 years.
