After long discussion between government and coalition partner, it was decided to shut down the structure of CDGK. Administration system approach was decided to implement in all over Pakistan. Within few months Government appointed an Administrators allotted them to different areas of Karachi. Criteria behind appointment was still missing from public, who actually pay to government by submitting their taxes. But it seems OK, because we do not even know the criteria behind appointment of any government resources such as Police, Doctors, Teachers, and etc actually we did not know about the Kamal’s team selection criteria.
If you own a small shop and think to change that small shop into a luxury departmental store, then of course you will plan your dream with the constraints of budgets, resources and time. You would change your dream, but you would try to plan at least. That main thing “PLAN” is missing from Pakistan’s federal and local government since birth. May be government makes plan, but we the normal audience only get notifications not any planning related document.

Same trend is following in newly implemented Administration structure in Karachi. There is no news, no one knows what are they going to do? No one knows if they complete pending projects of Kamal’s team. No one know the expertise of newly appointed administrators. For God sake no one knows the name of these Administrators. I do not know how they will run Karachi, but with current situation I feel growth of Karachi will not be longer on top.

I am aware, but problem is we are not aware. Please think about it and start to follow up it. This is waqar hussain signing off with the request to Allah to alert people of Pakistan.

Cheers!
